TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to your training when you enroll on a yourlivecampus course online. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling on a course.

For the purposes of these terms:

"        'We' and 'us' means Ocean-live Communications ltd. yourlivecampus is a brand name which Ocean-live communications uses for its training courses.

"        'You' mean the trainee.

"        'Advisor' the person who provides general support to you while you are on the training course.

"        'Tutor' the person who provides subject support for your training.

"        'Enroll' means the process of enrolling for a training course.

"        'Services' means the support we provide to you on yourlivecampus website where your training takes place, the online training material you use on the yourlivecampus website, and the tutor and other support we provide to you.

"        'Course' means the training course that you are enrolling to.

"        'Course Fee' means the fee you will be asked to pay to enroll on a training course.

Enrolment

The advisor will help you to choose the correct training course for you. We will assess your skills and knowledge and provide you advice and information before you start a training course. This is to make sure that you are enrolled in the correct course.

When you signup for an online training program, we will provide you with an online tutor. Your tutor will provide support and guidance to you during your training course.

Your Course

Your course is an assortment of online software, tools and information in the website, and tutor support from us.

Assessment

Assessment will be done through a series of exams which will be conducted by the end of each module. You will be given two attempts to pass the exams. The second attempt will be subject to exam fees.

Quality of services

Reasonable skills and care will be used in providing the services to you.

Login Username and password

When you register with yourlivecampus, you will be given a username and password. You must take care to keep your username and password confidential. You will be responsible for all the activities that occur under your username and password. You must not allow anyone else to use your username and password. It is your responsibility to inform yourlivecampus immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or if you believe that your username and password are no longer confidential. We reserve the right to require you to change your password if we believe that it is no longer secure. We will never email you or ask you over the phone for your password. If anyone asks you for your password,you must tell your tutor or advisor.

Your tutor

We will be responsible to provide you with a tutor for the period of your training. We reserve the right to change the tutor at any time as per course requirements. You are not allowed to share your contact details such as your telephone number, mobile number, email address or postal address. You cannot ask for personal contact details of tutor.

Your right to cancel the course

You may change your mind within 14 days of choosing a course. In such case, please contact us on our phone number to let us know. We will cancel the course for you and refund the fees within 30 days of the date of your cancellation.

If you cancel your course after 14 days period, there will be no refund. In such event you will be liable to pay the fee of full course. Our right to stop providing the services

We reserve the right to stop providing the services, if;

"        You fail to pay the fees by the 10th day of due date.

"        You fail to attend the course for two consecutive weeks unless you have agreed a break with you advisor in advance.

"        You violate any of the terms and conditions mentioned here.

"        yourlivecampus decides that your actions are unacceptable.

"        You act in such a way as to threaten, intimidate or otherwise harass our staff or other trainees.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the services, please speak to your advisor, or contact us through any means described in "Contact us" section.

Our  liability to You

We will not be liable if we cannot provide the services to you because of an event that is beyond our reasonable control. Such events include but are not limited to events such as fire, flood, storm, strikes or other industrial action, war, riots, failure of telecommunications services or actions of government or public body.In case of such event, we will take reasonable actions to reinstate the provision of services as soon as is reasonably practicable. If training sessions are not delivered because of any such event, we will arrange make up sessions for those. yourlivecampus makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive. To the extent permitted by law, yourlivecampus will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or training program.

We are not liable for loss of any data on your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that you save your data and have reasonable back up for it. Except where the above applies, our maximum aggregate liablity for any claim that you may have against us in connection with the provision by us to you of the services, which is otherwise not excluded in these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation where such claim arises as a direct result of any negligent technical advice provided by us, will be limited to the amount of course fee which has been paid or is payable by you.

Privacy and data protection

You privacy is treated very seriously at yourlivecampus. All the information that you provide to us when you enroll in a yourlivecampus training program or at anyother time is subject to yourlivecampus Privacy Statement. Please read this. This explains what information we collect, when we collect it, what we use it for and who we can give it to. For further details on this, you can contact your advisor. By signing up for a training course, you agree that you have understood and accept the terms of the Privacy Statement.

General

We reserve the right to withdraw all or part of the website at anytime.You acknowledge that you are not relying on any statement made by us or any of our representitives with regards to the services other than those expressly set out in these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this paragraph shall exclude or restict our liablitly for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
